i need to know how to show Closed in Kanban view of a Client's Tickets? 

this is required due to i checked tickets are Solved then Closed but there is no Closed Stage, it is showing as Solved only but client Closed it so we do not have to go in Form and check its Closed. 

how i can show this Closed status on Kanban view of all Closed Tickets?

Hi,

Enable the debug mode. Now Inside Helpdesk -> Configuration -> Stages

You can create a new stage "Closed"

Now Inside each tickets once its solved or completed, user can manually click on the stage closed to change its state to closed


so that it will appear under the closed stage in the Kanban View as shown below.
