We have migrated to V15 (Enterprise, on premise)

In the previous version (V13) we used to put a channel (administration) as a follower of the invoices. In this way, if a customer responded to the email where the invoice was sent, the members of the channel were notified of the customer's response.

Currently it is not possible for a channel to be a follower in a chatter. What solution do you give? Is there another way other than to subscribe all users in the department individually?

we do have the exact same thoughts and problem and see no answer yet


Very curious why this functionality was removed, as it was very central in the versions so far
