i like to change Time off Approval email template
where i can find Time off Approval Email template? in order to change Leave approval email Logo and colors

but i want to find odoo default Time off approval email template, which is used whenever their is a time off request.
Did you try enabling developer mode and searching in the settings-> technical -> email templates ?
yes, but this particular (Time off approval) template is not their
