Hi,

In Odoo 17, the "Done" status in the Sales module has indeed been removed.

SALE_ORDER_STATE = [

    ('draft', "Quotation"),

    ('sent', "Quotation Sent"),

    ('sale', "Sales Order"),

    ('cancel', "Cancelled"),

]

These are the states in sale order now. The done status is used to lock the sale orders once confirmed.
