I have a POSBOXless configuration implemented on Ubuntu 16.04 and it works fine and I can print a receipt. But when I try to connect to a remote server hosting odoo11, the status of the printer is offline and log file gives me an error that printer not found ESC/POS Device Disconnected: Printer Not Found.
What is wrong here? Is it possible to run POS from a remote server or it must be on the same network?
