I had odoo version 12 working on my win 10 local then we decided to have a new installation on a vps so we can have remote access. I installed odoo 12 on a windows server 2012 which is not running.
condition is:
win server 2012 running
postgreSQL up and running
errors are:
localhost:8069 not working (refuse to connect)
odoo server 12 service paused and not restarted
it says an instance of service is already running but it is not running!
please help :)
