I merged two companies in odoo 8. What can I do to make users see users which are currently in other company?
Example: when user creates new task for someone who got access to both companies cant assign this task to him till he switch back to same company.
As an admin I can see them all. I cant find the code which is making this.
Create special rules for this. check Multi_company_default company and company rule in record rules which restrict your needs
There is nothing related to res.users in Record Rules
The only way to do that is to assign both companies to the same user.
Like I mentioned they are assigned to both companies but they see each other only when they are switched to same company
