In my openerp,in Accounting->customers->customers and Accounting->customers->customer refunds is missing ,how can i recreate that menu.i created these two sub menus through user interface->menus directly but its not working after saving.,can anyone help me to fix it

Hi,
If you have deleted those menus from Settings/User Interface/Menu Items, then update eInvoicing i.e. account module.
If you have not deleted, check if there is group(s) assigned. Assign that group to the user or delete the group from menu items.
