We recently acquired this tandem through third parties this tandem.
It seems that the manufacturer left it configured to work on the rs232 interface, and I think it must be done via USB.
At the moment, I have managed to change the configuration of the balance, the posbox recognizes it in the lsusb list but the point of sale does not recover the weight.
On the scanner part, I changed the interface configuration to USB COM and when connecting the cable, the scanner stops.
Has anyone been able to make them work?
Some clue?
