In Odoo, if you want your exported XLS to always show numbers rounded to 4 decimal places, you can configure it through Technical → Database Structure → Decimal Accuracy, where Odoo defines how many digits to keep for each type of value (e.g., Product Price, Discount, Quantity, etc.). Once you set the precision to 4 for the relevant field type, Odoo will automatically round values to 4 decimals in exports, reports, and views, instead of exporting the raw float values.

Steps:

1.Go to Settings → Technical → Database Structure → Decimal Accuracy.

2. Find the record (e.g., "Product Price", "Quantity", "Discount") depending on what you want to control.

3. Edit the Digits field and set it to 4.

4. Save changes.

Now, when you export to XLS, the values will appear rounded to 4 decimal places by default.
