Hassan Sheheryar Yasin (HSY) is Pakistan’s foremost fashion designer, television host, and entrepreneur, renowned globally for his eponymous label and the popular talk show “Tonite with HSY.” Leading a team of over 350 professionals across flagship studios in Lahore and retail outlets worldwide, HSY operates a diverse business encompassing couture production, retail, media content, and brand management. To manage this complexity and drive scalable growth, HSY required a comprehensive ERP solution that could automate finance, production, human resources, marketing, and asset management. We implemented a full-suite Odoo system integrating Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Manufacturing, Inventory, HR, Payroll, CRM, Social Media Marketing, and Asset Management modules. This integrated platform enabled seamless data flow across departments, real-time operational visibility, and automated workflows—resulting in enhanced decision-making, improved client engagement, and a scalable infrastructure to support HSY’s continued expansion in fashion, media, and entertainment.
