You should configure in multi-shop and link your shops to a warehouse in order to have stock quantity compared for warehouse linked to shop

Thank you Jean-Sebastian. I could not find multishop option in Odoo 8.0. Please advise

You have to enable the multiple warehouse option in Configuration/Settings/Warehouse , then you'll be able to set multiple shops for your company.
