Brainvire implemented a tailored Odoo solution that introduced zero-cost rental products linked to fixed assets and equipment modules. This approach preserved accounting accuracy while streamlining operations. Automated maintenance logic was embedded based on product state and location, with open tasks auto-closed when equipment transferred to customers.
As a result, GOWell eliminated manual Excel tracking, improved visibility into asset and maintenance status, reduced labor hours, and ensured real-time accounting accuracy. This end-to-end Odoo integration enhanced operational efficiency and positioned GOWell for scalable global growth.
