Antoine holds a Master's degree in Supply Chain Management and joined Odoo four years ago. After a year, he joined the Inventory Expertise Team to deepen his knowledge. Noticing key supply chain issues before implementation, he helped create a service for supply chain audits to facilitate deployments. Today, he audits warehouses, implements Odoo on complex logistics flows, suggests improvements to the inventory module, and shares his expertise.
In this talk, we’ll dive into how Odoo can support and optimize a full end-to-end dispatch flow—from the moment products are picked from the shelves to their final delivery. Whether you’re dealing with simple shipments or complex, high-volume operations, we’ll show how to structure your process using Odoo’s latest features. You’ll get a look at key improvements like in batch and wave picking, as well as the brand new enhancements in the Transport Management System (TMS) introduced in version 18.0.
