Damian Bürgin is a 36-year-old professional who studied Supply Chain Management at the University of Bern in Switzerland and Maastricht in the Netherlands. He has been working as an Odoo project manager and consultant at braintec for almost five years. Braintec is an Odoo gold partner and a four-time winner of the Best Odoo Partner EMEA award.

During his time at braintec, Damian has been responsible for managing various medium and large-sized projects. While his main focus is accounting, he has also provided consultation for Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and HR work streams.

This presentation details the successful migration of the SV Group from SAP to Odoo across over 500 restaurants, enhancing financial processes. It will examine the project's scope, encompassing rollout, change management, testing, and additional components, and offer in-depth insights into the core financial processes managed within Odoo. A crucial aspect of this project is the seamless data processing, starting at the POS and culminating in invoice integration. Additionally, the comprehensive Cash Management system implemented in the restaurants will be highlighted as a significant feature.
