How to do a ROI Analysis Before Choosing a New ERP
Gregory DethierHecho
Antoine joined Odoo over 5 years ago, in the Business Service Department. During these years, he has worked with a variety of companies from different countries and sectors. This experience help him to suggest and lead improvement in the way implementations should be handled on every aspects (Business knowledge, Project Management, Odoo knowledge...). After a few years of coaching of consultants as Team Leader he is now a manager in the Business Service Department. His role is to ensure that all the projects we handled (100 new projects per month) are delivered in the most efficient way by following the Odoo implementation methodology.
Many customers will ask you to adapt the software to their needs, but they might not have the budget to develop custom codes. Others will tell you that an ERP project is too slow and too complicated to implement. These customers need to be reassured and convinced that with the correct approach and methodology, their project can be a success!
In this talk, we will present the quickstart methodology, which ensures quick ownership of the tool for end-users.
We will talk about how the quickstart methodology can be used as a sales argument; which are the different steps to follow to sell a "standard" project to the customer, and how to do a good follow up on a project.
