Founded in 2015, The Vape Cafe has grown into a pioneer in Bangladesh’s vaping industry with branches in Gulshan (Niketon), Dhanmondi (Shimanto Square), and two warehouses. As the business expanded, it faced several challenges including the need for branch-wise and centralized accounting, disconnected inventory from its e-commerce site, manual stock transfers, courier inefficiencies in deciding fulfillment locations, and an unlinked aamarPay gateway that kept online payments out of sync with inventory. These issues created delays, errors, and limited scalability.

BdCalling IT Ltd., an official Odoo Partner, addressed these challenges by implementing E-commerce, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, and CRM modules. The solution delivered consolidated financial reporting, real-time inventory synchronization, and automated internal stock transfers. Integration with Steadfast Courier ensured branch-based order fulfillment, while the aamarPay payment gateway was fully connected to streamline digital payments and reconciliations. With CRM, The Vape Cafe gained better customer tracking and loyalty management. Today, the company enjoys real-time financial control, accurate stock visibility, faster deliveries, and stronger customer satisfaction—operating as a digitally empowered and scalable retail brand.
