Voor het afhandelen van onder andere call detail records en facturatie maakt Voclarion gebruik van een zelfgehoste Odoo-installatie, inclusief maatwerkkoppelingen met het belplatform. Vanwege de strategische rol van het systeem zocht Voclarion een partij die niet alleen technisch kon ondersteunen, maar ook meedacht over de doorontwikkeling en toekomstbestendigheid van hun Odoo-omgeving.
Radical Fanatics is sinds begin 2024 betrokken bij het onderhoud, de aanpassingen en de upgrades van deze Odoo-installatie. Dankzij onze ervaring met complexe integraties en maatwerkoplossingen zijn we in staat om snel te schakelen bij wijzigingen én zorgen we voor continuïteit.
De Odoo-omgeving van Voclarion is onder andere gekoppeld aan hun belplatform voor de verwerking van gespreksgegevens, inclusief automatische facturatie van verbruik en overgebruik. Daarnaast maken zij gebruik van de servicemodules van Odoo om klantvragen efficiënt te registreren en af te handelen.

Moreover, we implemented custom modules, and integrated additional security and data privacy measures. Further, we provided training sessions, and ongoing comprehensive technical support.
