Scholengroep Sint-Rembert
Het VTI Torhout, onderdeel van scholengroep Sint-Rembert heeft over verschillende technische afdelingen een aanzienlijke voorraad aan technisch materiaal beschikbaar. Er was de wens vanuit de boekhoudkundige en technische dienst de voorraad beter te gaan beheren. Er werden locaties aangemaakt in de verschillende magazijnen en de volledige voorraad werd gecontroleerd en geïmporteerd in Odoo. Nu is door iedereen geweten wat op welke plaats ligt, en heeft de boekhoudhoudkundige dienst een zicht op de waarde van de voorraad. Daarnaast werd een studio app ontwikkeld voor het bijhouden van verbruikte materialen per leerling, klas, project, .. Voor de aankoop van nieuwe materialen werd een digitale goedkeuringsflow opgezet waarbij alle beslissingsnemers de bestellingen kunnen goedkeuren. Gedaan met heen en weer lopen met bestelbonnen.
