Hello Experts, 

Problem: On a promotion form, I can't find a field or position where I may specify a promotion condition "based on customer."


Requirement: I'd want to make a promotion based on a tag of customer (Contact tabs)


Odoo 15 provides this versatility. It would be excellent to hear from experts to check if the same technique is achievable with Odoo 16.
