I'm using Odoo.sh enterprise edition and I'm relatively new to Odoo.sh.
I cannot merge my changes from the staging branch into the production branch. For example, access rights, source code edits on apps such as sales, and even installed apps etc.
Is it normal? or how do I achieve this?

odoo.sh is a platform to support development and testing. So if you do development in GitHub that can be moved from staging to production.
It doesn't provide any support for moving application data or configuration from staging to production (though I agree that would be useful).
