It really depends on your budget.
The best option would be Odoo.sh, as it offers many advantages compared to other platforms.
As a second-tier option, you could consider AWS, which provides flexibility and scalability.
If you’re looking for the most cost-effective or highly controllable solution, you might simply extend your current on-premise setup by exposing it with a public IP through a secure tunnel.
Not sure VPN Solution works with Odoo.
Additionally, I do not master Site-to-Site VPN.
