I working on sales performance for the first time and need some ways how openerp manages sales employee performance in terms of sales and money,etc. Would appreciate if even helped for previous versions of openerp.

Basically, OpenERP allow you to track sales number and total price per salesperson, partner, order status ... via Reporting > Sales > Sales Analysis.
