Coramaze Technologies is a privately-held medical device company, founded in 2013/2014 in Germany (with R&D in Israel), focused on developing Tripair™, a novel transcatheter system for repairing tricuspid regurgitation (TR). The Tripair™ device employs a minimalist edge-to-spacer design that can be implanted percutaneously, anchored atraumatically in the right atrium, is fully retrievable, and is agnostic to valve morphology—enabling a procedure comparable in simplicity to right heart catheterization, aimed at improving access to care and reducing procedural complexity . Headquartered in Germany with an R&D center in Israel, Coramaze has completed a first-in-human study and is preparing for global feasibility trials, while operating at a pre-commercial stage under leadership including recent appointment of Medtronic veteran Rob ten Hoedt as board chair in early 2025
