Am I the only person that is frustrated with their idea of support? Every other platform I have used in the past has a support number that you can call if you get stuck on a simple question. Creating tickets to answer simple questions can be frustrating as asking a question in a ticket can be cumbersome and a lot of time is wasted just trying to make the support person understand what you are asking? We need a non-emergency support solution that we can phone.

This solution is as cumbersome as you are still waiting usually 24 hours for any kind of reply. Simple questions could be answered with a quick call to a support agent.
