use contacts for email marketing

how can I use my contacts in the mailing lists and I don’t have to re-create my contacts in the module  email marketing ?

Is this same solution for adding the contacts in the Contacts module to the email marketing mailing list contacts? Need help there.

Here is one solution: Add contacts to mailing lists using Automated Actions  [1] (discussed in this  question and answer [2] )
