I have multicompany enabled when I set the company field inside the product template I no longer find the product while creating Sales Order but as soon as I remove the company the product reappears again in the sales order.
Please note that I have checked can be sold and inventory is installed moreover the products appear while creating purchase order and invoice

Hi,
Make sure that you are creating the sale order for the company that is specified inside the product. If the company inside the sale order/users current company is not same with the company inside the product, it wont get listed.

I Made sure that the user is in the same company that the sales order is created from , the products are showing while creating purchase orders but not sales orders
Please read Niyas' answer carefully. It is not about the user, it is about the company.
