I produce multi component concrete products. One product is made of 4 components which are all poured at the same time. I would like 1 manufacturing order to list/produce all 4 components at once. I would like my manufacturing order to show:

Panel 1

Panel 2

Panel 3

Panel 4


Each panel has a BOM which consists of 1.5 bags of concrete. If I set the Panels to a Manufacture route, I get multiple manufacturing orders. If I set the Panel BOM to KIT, then the manufacturing order just shows the bags of concrete (and not which panels - 1, 2, 3 or 4).

Is there a mechanism in Odoo to make this scenario work?

I think you have to use unbuild orders functionality of MRP module. Review the below documentation. It might be helpful to you.
