I have installed the QA module in my Odoo 10 installation, then when I try to create a new question I get the message "3 karma is required to perform this action. You can earn karma by having your answers upvoted by the community". Is it possible to enable all users to ask question with no Karma (Karma = 0)?

Yes, you can...
in website admin, you can for each Forum, configurate what is the karma required for each actions in the tab: "Karma related rights"
Thank you, it is working fine.
I have faced the same problem after the validation through over mail id we ask questions and answer question through the openerp forum.I got a mail from openerp forum after validation only this problem can be solved
am using
Odoo 10.0( Community Edition ), and am currently facing 2 problems
1.when
i create product movements ,it sometimes create Extra moves on same
location and same qty as it showing on the picture below
2.when am using inventory evaluation it takes longer more than usual to open the page
