How I achieve my internal transfer between two different company warehouse?
Ex.
Company: Company1 -> Warehouse: Wh1 -> Location: Wh1/Stock
Company: Company2 -> Warehouse: Wh2 -> Location: Wh2/Stock
How I received stock from Wh1/Stock -> to -> Wh2/Stock ?

You have to setup inter-company transaction in the general settings. This will allow company 1 to sell to company 2 and viceversa. It is not possible to simply move stock between different companies without a financial transaction.

As Nomad_King said, if it goes from company A to company B it is not an internal transfer.
