How can I manage more than one inventory adjustment location?

I would like to keep track of the inventory adjustments per product category instead of using the generic location "Virtual Locations/Inventory Adjustment".

I want to use the following locations:

Desks- Adjustments
Chairs - Adjustments
Cabinets - Adjustments

How can I set this up in Odoo?

This can be set at the product level, not the product category.

Enable Developer mode.
Enable Storage Locations in the Inventory settings.
Create the desired inventory adjustment locations.
Go to the product template, open the Inventory Tab, and change the Inventory Location*

*Can also be changed via en export/import process.
