We’re relatively new to Odoo and would like to adjust some hourly rates in the new year. What’s the best way to go about this?

• Add a new service item (based on timesheets) to the existing sales order
• Change the price of the existing service item in the current sales order
• Delete the existing service item in the sales order and replace it with one that has a higher hourly rate
• Cancel the sales order and create a new one with the updated hourly rate

I’m asking because we currently have open tickets/projects linked to billing items that need to be adjusted in terms of hourly rates. I want to ensure that time entries for this year use the updated hourly rates.
