Hello Sanaz,

It sounds like you're having trouble re-syncing your PayPal account with Odoo. This often happens due to changes in PayPal's API, incorrect credentials, or expired permissions. Here’s how to troubleshoot:

First, navigate to Odoo's Payment Acquirers settings (In Odoo, go to Invoicing/Accounting > Configuration > Payment Acquirers, and find PayPal).

Then, double-check that the credentials (API keys, username, password, signature) are correct and up-to-date in Odoo. You might need to log in to your PayPal developer account to verify these.

Next, try to renew the consent directly from the Odoo interface. There should be a button or link to reauthorize the connection with PayPal.

If the reauthorization fails, clear your browser's cache and cookies, or try using a different browser to rule out any browser-related issues.

Finally, if the problem persists, check Odoo's logs for any specific error messages related to the PayPal synchronization. This can give you more insight into what's going wrong.

Hello Sanaz,

It sounds like you're having trouble re-syncing your PayPal account with Odoo after the consent expired. This can happen due to changes in PayPal's API or if the permissions granted to Odoo were revoked.

Here's how you can troubleshoot:

First, navigate to the Odoo Payment Acquirers settings (In Odoo, go to Invoicing/Accounting > Configuration > Payment Acquirers, and find PayPal).

Next, check the PayPal configuration. Ensure that all the details (like your PayPal email or Merchant ID) are correct.

Then, try to reauthorize the connection. There should be a button or a link to redirect you to PayPal to grant consent again. Follow the steps on PayPal's site carefully.

If the reauthorization fails, try disabling and then re-enabling the PayPal payment acquirer in Odoo. This can sometimes clear out old settings.

If problems persist, review Odoo's system logs for any specific error messages related to the PayPal synchronization. This might give you a clue about what's going wrong.

Ensure that the price of your products is listed in one of the currencies supported by PayPal. In my case, I had to create a price list, selectable from the e-commerce site, in one of the supported currencies, then select it from the payment page so that the PayPal payment option could be seen.
