It's working with me without any issue, Try to restart the Odoo service.
I did try ,but still facing same error
After extracting the zip file, you will find two folders inside the extract folder, you have to copy both of them to your custom addons.
You may want to check OCA's repositories, such as https://github.com/OCA/account-financial-reporting or check Odoo's app store.
