Philea (Philanthropy Europe Association) verbindt en ondersteunt zo'n 10.000 diverse, inclusieve stichtingen, filantropische organisaties en netwerken die zich in 30 landen inzetten voor het algemeen belang, waarin mens en planeet centraal staan. Hun vroegere ledenbeheer van Microsoft Dynamics werd gemigreerd naar Odoo. Via Odoo hebben ze een zicht op hun subsidiebeheer of grant-management, de facturatie en houden ze bij welke actie moet worden ondernomen voor hun fundraising doelen. Door middel van projectbeheer zijn de bestaande medewerkers beter georganiseerd en wordt niets meer uit het oog verloren. NGO

…die ZusammenarbeitIm Projekt mit Pro Senectute Kanton Zürich haben wir die gesamte Lieferkette, das Bestandsmanagement und den Bestellprozess in Odoo implementiert. Kund:inne können nun direkt über den Webshop Bestellungen aufgeben, wobei automatisch Lieferfristen, die Einhaltung der Kühlkette und die Bonität der Kunden überprüft werden. Zusätzlich wurde die Kundenkartei vollständig im System abgebildet, was eine zentrale und effiziente Verwaltung aller Kundendaten ermöglicht.

Prytula Charity Foundation
Serhiy Prytula has been helping the Ukrainian Army as a private volunteer since 2014. At first, he helped with the uniforms, armor, and food supplies, later, when these needs started to be covered by the Ministry of Defense, he switched to high-tech technology, drones, and equipment for command posts.In 2020, during the pandemic, Serhiy started the Charitable Foundation for non-military aid. In February 2022 the Foundation joined the Army supply movement, covering the needs of both the Armed Forces fighters and members of Territorial Defense units.
The Foundation opened its own logistic centers at the border with Poland and in Lviv for more effective cargo shipping from Europe to Ukraine. The Foundation buys protective gear, optic devices, drones, medical supplies, and transport vehicles for the military. Another direction they work on is humanitarian aid.
Odoo helps the Foundation organize applications for assistance, as well as inventory.

Als diakonisch geprägte Institution bietet sie Wohn-, Arbeits- und Ausbildungsprogramme, um Betroffenen neue Perspektiven zu eröffnen.In enger Zusammenarbeit haben wir Odoo iterativ über alle Abteilungen eingeführt – vom Kreditorenprozess über den Kundendienst bis zur Finanzbuchhaltung. Ziel war eine integrierte Plattform, die Rechnungsverarbeitung, Ticketmanagement und Buchungsabläufe nahtlos verbindet. Heute profitiert die Quellenhof-Stiftung von standardisierten Abläufen, transparenten Finanzreports und einem effizienten Kundenservice aus einer Hand. NGO
