Hi,

When ever a customer responds to the sale order offer (image 1) the response won't make a notification to the sales person. This means, our sale persons needs to go thru every sale order to see if customers have responded or reacted to the offers.

This problem is actually caused by the SMTP settings as odoo tries to send the email notification using the customers email address. 

How can we modify the Odoo settings so, that the notifications would be sent by sales@ourdomain.com instead of customers email?

You can also handle notification in Odoo instead of email but I would also want to know what is correct way to setup this. Because logged in end customer cannot authenticate itself on company smtp
