On Your point of view we may able to configure the price for the min and max qty. But here my query is about UOM. If i enter the qty the UOM should update and based on that UOM i like to calculate the price. I can be done through the automation I hope. kindly let me know if anything you know.

Yes, pricelist would adjust the price based on sale order qty, 1kg of sugar is the same is 1000 gms of it.

Not sure what you mean by a different price based on UOM.. 10 Sheets is the same is 0.1 Roll.

If your use case is about selling rolls vs cut sheets you might want to consider defining them as different products.

let me explain you, A roll i will purchase and i will cut into sheets. so, in a roll i will cut 100 sheets. that's why i like to calculate the price if the requirement is less than 100 in sheet. if it is more than 100 i like to measure the qty in roll UoM bases. Hence, If i enter the qty as 110. the system should automatically calculated on the basis of roll like 1.10 qty and the UOM roll

If you set your purchase and sales UoM to rolls you would be able to achieve what you describe.
