In the 2 step delivery when the pick operation pdf is printed it is showing the customer name in the warehouse address section. What is the logic or what does it means?

It seems to mislabelled in 18.0 and maybe you want to change the label to 'Contact'.
The condition set is, if the picking type is Internal and partner ID is set, then show partner name (not the address).
You can also find it in the report_picking view
Also, it seems the Warehouse and address is set to show on the left column in the event operation type is not Internal transfer and contact isn't set. I believe this is also not correct and the Warehouse should be visible for Internal transfer.

Yes I know this. I also check the 18.2 and 18.4 version. But 18.0 is showing the customer name in the warehouse address. I just want to know what actually it means.
Yes that is correct 18.0 has a different report to 18.4.

The key logic is that in a two-step delivery, the first step represents picking products from the warehouse into a staging or transfer location (internal movement), and the second step is the final delivery from that staging location to the customer. When printing the picking operation PDF for the delivery step, Odoo uses the "destination location" to determine the address shown in the warehouse address section. Since the final destination of the goods at that stage is the customer location, the system shows the customer’s name and address there.
In simple terms, for the “pickup” step, the warehouse’s physical address is shown, but for the “delivery” step (the move from the intermediate location to the customer), the system displays the customer’s address because the picking is directed there. This is why the customer name appears in the warehouse address section on the picking operation PDF—it indicates the current destination location of the stock move, aligning the document to the flow of goods rather than strictly the warehouse origin.
