Suddenly, without any apparent change on our end, the Paypal acquirer is no longer charging our specified extra fees. Normally they show up in Paypal under "handling" but now handling is $0.00 every time.
We're running 9.0c.
Any suggestions on a starting point? I've disabled and re-enabled the extra fees feature to see if that makes a difference.
I also encountered the same problem with version 9.0c. Is there any update on this?
