Hello,
POS transactions are not recorded in "Sales" module, thus , thoses transactions are not visibles in sale's orders. But they are visibles in POS orders.

Can you explain your wording "visible"? Are POS transactions recorded into the accounting books or not?
Transactions are recorded in account_bak_statement + account_bank_statement_line, but as far POS sales are not displayed in the orders made with "Sales" module. This is the cause you cannot see those sales when you go in Sales -> orders
