Can anyone tell me how to write write checks for payment order? is there a module already or do i need to create by myself? If yes, any guidelines on how the logic should be?

Jack, the available modules in the given link are not the right ones for check writing in payment order. Anyway thanks for your effort in trying to lead me towards what I am looking for. Let me know if you find the right module or right idea of how to do.
