Analytic Budget vs Financial Budget

​​Hi, I want to ask a couple of questions about budget management
What is the difference between an analytical budget and a financial budget? Examples of cases for using analytical and financial budgets? In terms of usage, can we use both a financial and an analytical budget at the same time, or do we have to choose between them?
