Pascal le Boulanger est une histoire familiale qui a débutée à Sault-Brénaz, à l’extérieur de Lyon en France.
Les connaissances d’artisans boulangers acquises sont en constante évolution depuis l’établissement de la boulangerie à Stoneham en 2012.
La tradition familiale est aujourd’hui perpétuée avec une troisième génération qui suit le parcours traditionnel d’artisans boulangers.

Pascal le Boulanger is a family story that began in Sault-Brénaz, outside of Lyon, France.
The craftsmanship and knowledge acquired by the artisan bakers has been continuously evolving since the bakery was established in Stoneham in 2012.
The family tradition is now carried on by a third generation, following the traditional path of artisan bakers.
