House of Training
Créée en 2015 par la Chambre de Commerce et l'ABBL, la House of Training est un organisme agréé de formation continue qui soutient la compétitivité du Luxembourg en développant les compétences des professionnels qui contribuent à son économie. Ses missions principales sont ;Faciliter : Renforcer les compétences des entreprises luxembourgeoises en anticipant les évolutions du marché du travail.
Orienter : Accompagner les entreprises et leurs collaborateurs en leur offrant des formations sur-mesure adaptées à leurs besoins.
Lorsque Acsone by Trustteam a repris le projet, l'objectif principal était de fiabiliser l'existant. Par la suite, plusieurs améliorations ont été apportées à l'application pour répondre aux divers défis rencontrés par les utilisateurs. Cela inclut notamment une plus grande flexibilité dans les inscriptions aux formations, permettant aux participants de choisir des dates sur mesure tout en respectant les prérequis des cours, ainsi que la possibilité de donner facilement un feedback aux formateurs à la fin de chaque formation. La fiabilisation d'Odoo a permis aux employés de travailler plus efficacement, réduisant ainsi leur frustration et leur redonnant confiance dans l'outil. L’ajout de fonctionnalités, comme la génération de certificats, a également simplifié le quotidien des utilisateurs.

Mit einem einzigartigen Bildungskonzept schafft der Verein Zugang zu technischer Bildung und fördert junge Talente langfristig.Wir unterstützten ICT Scouts mit einer Odoo-Lösung, die auf eine flexible und übersichtliche Abbildung der organisatorischen Prozesse ausgerichtet ist. Im Zentrum standen dabei eine strukturierte Projektverwaltung, Mitgliederorganisation und die finanzielle Abwicklung. Unser Ziel war es, ein stabiles System mit Raum für Wachstum und Individualisierung zu schaffen – einfach, klar und zukunftsfähig.
