Hi, 


I'm building a webshop for my business located in Belgium.

When I generate an order in the webshop, the shipment costs are calculated using Sendcloud. I however noticed that there is no tax added to the order for the shipment costs.

When there's a 21% tax on the products ordered, there should also be a 21% tax on the shipment costs.

On the product for the shipment costs, the tax percentage is enabled.

I can't find what I need to change in the configuration to enable correct tax calculation on the shipment costs.


Does anyone have any ideas on this?

My issue was solved by the Odoo support team.

I hadn't created a tax percentage for the branch I was working in which caused the taxes not be calculated correctly.

In summary, what users need to do is:
1. Set the Tag(s) on the products

2. Make the delivery method available or not available based on the tags

3. Add/adjust the tax of the Delivery product on the delivery method
