You could use the Rental App for managing the rentals - availability and tenure
If your physical warehouse has been demarcated, then you could rent in Units as UoM, else configure the product UoM in area or volume.
Further if you also plan on managing the inventory stored in these areas, you could create these as locations in your WH and use consignee functionality in the Inventory App
