hi, do you think what you'd like to achieve is an add-ons that fetching product listings of certain USA e-commerce?? then it populate the information into Odoo? if so, i belive you'd need a custom module for it. 

The app process would be letting you input the e-commerce website link, add what you'd like to fetch (price, name, category, etc), and then put those results inside Odoo
