Our Contribution: We implemented Odoo’s CRM, HR, and Accounting apps to align client acquisition, talent onboarding, and payout processing. Custom reporting provided insights into project utilization and profitability.

 Business Impact: Gebeya targets to reduce onboarding time for freelancers, automated invoice reconciliation for 100+ clients, and achieve tighter financial oversight while scaling across four African regions.
