Before implementing Odoo, Axxon faced significant inventory management challenges in its Mexican warehouse. Whenever customers from America requested components, staff at the Shenzhen headquarters had to manually check for stock from the periodically updated inventory list in a spreadsheet. It was inefficient due to time differences and inaccurate stock counts, resulting in frequent complaints from key accounts about delayed deliveries.
After implementing Odoo, the system's Inventory module helps accurately manage over 1000+ SKUs, including small plastic parts, in real-time. This data accuracy enables the Mexican office to quickly respond to customer requests by reserving the necessary components in the system. The Odoo system has enabled the Mexican office to operate independently, while minimizing workload and providing headquarters staff with access to stock levels, ensuring the smooth operation of local offices.
