Concretely, you will:
✍️ Write exciting job descriptions and advertise them on various platforms;
🤹 Manage the entire recruitment process including job adverts, screening incoming applications as well as organising and conducting interviews
🔎 Reach out to talent directly through active sourcing
🗣 Plan and conduct online and in-person interviews
👩🎤 Follow the employees' Odoo journey
🏫 Collaborate with universities and organise/participate in recruiting events
💡 Implement your creative recruiting ideas and participate in employer branding projects!

MUST HAVE 🎯
- Excellent knowledge and communication skills in Italian (C2) & English
- Italian work permit
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role in Italy
- Strong organisational & personal skills
- Proactive
- People person
- Ability to work independently and autonomously as well as in a team
NICE TO HAVE 🏆
- Experience in headhunting
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and competitive environment.
- Experience in the IT sector and/or affinity with IT
- Start-Up/Scale-Up experience
